The Northern CA Renaissance Faire is now accepting applications for the Guest Artist program for the 2026 season.  We are looking for established artists with unique hand-created works of art to be presented in our Marketplace.

The Northern California Renaissance Faire is a themed show representing Queen Elizabeth’s Renaissance era of England in the 1600’s.  Our participants and visiting patrons become immersed as they enter the gates into the English shire of Willingtown, being greeted by Guilds, stage shows and Merchants depicting the lifestyle of the Renaissance period. As such it is required that all participants dress in era-appropriate attire.  We encourage your booth space to be decorated to reflect the era and enhance your artwork.

You are invited to apply to be a Guest Artist at this year’s Northern CA Renaissance Faire which runs 6 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays only) Sept 19 thru Oct 25, 2026 at Casa de Fruta, 10031 Pacheco Pass, HWY 152, Hollister, CA 95023.

Guest Artists vend for 1 or 2 weekends of the 6 weekend run.  The Faire supplies a canvas tent that is 10×10 with a small backspace for personal use.  You supply all display/deco items including tables and covers.  The cost for participating as a Guest Artist is $395+ per weekend ($95 admin + $300 base commission), which includes tent booth space, 2 Gate Passes, and parking pass with drive-on privileges.

If you would like to be considered to participate in the Guest Artist program, please fill out the attached application specifying which weekend(s) you prefer, and supply all your business and contact info.  Be sure to include photos of your work for review.  This Faire is not a juried show, artists are accepted based on uniqueness, quality, presentation, era-appropriate works of art reviewed by the Marketplace team.  We strive to give our vendors the best representation possible and therefore do not accept merchants or Guest Artists with competing products. We are interested in bringing in artists who create their own artwork for sale.  We discourage sales of imports, resell products, manufactured items or computer-generated printed/laser work.
